2/10/2015
Alfa Laval has won an order to supply air cooler systems to a natural gas plant in the US.
The order, booked in the Energy and Process segment, has a value of approximately $10.2 million (SEK 85 million). Delivery is scheduled for 2015.
The air cooler systems will be used to cool the main process streams at the natural gas plant. In the cooling process,
NGLs are separated from the gas and then fractionated into ethane, propane and butane.
“This order proves our strong position as a reliable supplier of safe and efficient equipment to the demanding applications within the oil and gas industry,” said Lars Renström, CEO of the Alfa Laval Group.
The name and location of the client were not disclosed.
