Ecopetrol gives green light to TGI regasification plant proposal

olombian state-run energy company Ecopetrol will answer "in a favorable manner" to a proposal by TGI, Colombia's largest gas transporter, to build a regasification plant in northeastern Colombia La Guajira department.
