French energy bill envisages possible ministerial action to install floating LNG plant if needed

(Reuters) - A French energy bill presented on Thursday said the French energy minister could take action to install a floating LNG (liquefied natural gas) plant or terminal, if deemed necessary to increase the LNG capacity to guarantee supplies.
