Russia's Novatek delays investment decision on Obsky LNG plant

Russian gas producer Novatek said it would delay a final investment decision on its Obsky liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant, but said its Yamal LNG and Arctic LNG-2 projects were being carried out as planned.
Novatek said it expected no major impact to its operations from the coronavirus crisis and that its priority was to increase dividend payments. (Reporting by Vladimir Soldatkin; Writing by Alexander Marrow; Editing by Mark Potter)
