Incident at Petronas Gas Berhad’s Kertih processing plant

Petronas Gas Berhad (PGB) has reported that an incident has occurred at a PGB gas processing plant in Kertih, Terengganu at about 3:00 p.m. local time on October 26, 2016.
The incident has resulted in one fatality of an employee of PGB’s contractor while undertaking maintenance work at the facility.
The company wishes to extend its utmost condolence to the family of the deceased.
PGB is currently investigating the cause of the incident.
